[NorCAN] Introduction to International Humanitarian Law class offered

The American Red Cross is offering a free class on International Humanitarian Law from the perspective of the layperson and the Red Cross. Learn about the history of the Geneva Conventions and the involvement of the International Committee of the red Cross in helping to ensure International Humanitarian Law is respected. The 3.5 hr class will be offered in Eureka on february 8. See flyer for details.
