JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: PROCESSING SPECIALIST


 


 

PURPOSE:     This full-time position is intended to assist with
processing child care attendance forms.  The individual chosen for this
position will perform general office support duties, including customer
service, typing, word processing and filing. Please see job description
for complete details and qualifications.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures including
bookkeeping and filing; basic business data processing applications and
the use of a personal computer; analyzing, interpreting, and applying
regulations in an appropriate manner; correct English usage including
spelling and punctuation; business arithmetic; maintaining accurate
records and files; and customer service skills.  Spanish speaking skills
desired, but not required.

 

REQUIREMENTS:  Ability to pass a criminal record background check.

 

SALARY:         Starts at $11.56 per hour.
